Dear Aliso Families,

As I am sure you have noticed, I am expecting and due in May. We are thrilled to add a baby girl to our family. The unfortunate news is that I will be missing the end of he school year. Thankfully, during my leave, the wonderful Mr. Jim Lee will be taking my place as principal! Mr. Lee and I worked together before I came to Aliso and I am thrilled that he has agreed to come out

of retirement to be my substitute. Before Mr. Lee's retirement, he was principal at Foothill Ranch ELementary and prior to that he was principal at Montevideo Elementary. He is a terrific educator who will work diligently to maintain our great school.

I know that many of you are concerned about our school as a possible school site for closure and Mr. Lee is committed to keeping you informed with any new information as this process moves forward.

Feel free to say hello to Mr. Lee as I am sure he is looking forward to meeting everyone! Let's give him our best Aliso welcome!
